Packmaster/Troopmaster Issue - 6/29/17Troopmaster released a new version of software today that had an update to the SOAR.xfr export file. This is causing an issue with Import into SOAR websites. We had tested this update prior to its release. It appears there is a difference once in the production environment that is causing the problem. To safeguard your data we have turned off the Packmaster/Troopmaster Verify/Import/Convert functions while we work this out. We have a fix for the issue and a couple SOAR customers are testing it out now. Please expect the Import features will be available again by sometime tomorrow night. If you performed a Troopmaster or Packmaster Import today (Thursday June 29th, 2017) please double check your Roster.
